Weekly Operational Workflow
1. RFM Update
The RFM module runs, assigning a new status to every customer and logging the change.
2. Identify Changes
The AI agent queries the database to find all customers whose status has changed this week.
3. Process & Personalize
For each customer, the agent matches the rule, fetches the latest offers, and builds the email.
4. Send Email
The email is sent from the assigned account manager, with the manager CC'd for visibility.
5. Manual Takeover
When the customer replies, the account manager takes over the conversation directly.
