LinguaPro Linguist Network Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By joining the LinguaPro network, you agree to provide professional linguistic services including translation, interpretation, review, and related language services to clients matched through our platform.

2. Quality Standards

You commit to maintaining the highest professional standards in all work, including accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and timely delivery. All work must meet or exceed industry standards and client specifications.

3. Confidentiality

You agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all client materials, information, and projects. This includes not disclosing client identities, project details, or using client materials for any purpose other than completing the assigned work.

4. Professional Conduct

You agree to conduct yourself professionally in all client interactions, respond to communications promptly, and meet all agreed deadlines. Failure to maintain professional standards may result in removal from the network.

5. Payment Terms

LinguaPro will process payments to linguists according to the rates agreed with clients. Payments are typically processed within 30 days of project completion and client approval. You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your earnings.

6. Intellectual Property

All translated content and work products become the property of the client upon payment. You retain no ownership rights to translated materials unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Platform Usage

You agree to use the LinguaPro platform only for legitimate business purposes and not for any unlawful or unauthorized activities. You will not attempt to circumvent the platform or solicit clients directly outside of the platform.

8. Modification of Terms

LinguaPro reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. LinguaPro reserves the right to remove linguists from the network for violation of terms, poor performance, or other legitimate business reasons.

10. Limitation of Liability

LinguaPro is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or other commercial damages.
