Product Demo: Presenter Script

This script guides the presenter through the WAP demo, highlighting key features and value propositions at each stage.

Part 1: The Hook - The Problem

Sarah runs a successful Shopify store but knows she's missing out on customers because her site is only in English. Traditional translation is too slow and expensive.

Presenter's Script:

"Hello everyone. Today we'll solve a common challenge for growing businesses: market expansion. Meet Sarah. She needs to launch a translated Arabic version of her Shopify store, but the old ways are too slow and costly, and she lacks a technical team."

"Let's see how WAP solves this in minutes."

ACTION: Show the 'Translate Your Website in Minutes' landing page.

Part 2: The Setup - From Zero to Translated

Watch as Sarah creates a new translation project from scratch in just three simple steps. WAP's AI engine begins translating her entire site instantly.

STEP 1: PROJECT DETAILS

Sarah gives her project a name, selects 'Shopify' from the platform list, and pastes in her website's URL. WAP is optimized for major platforms.

ACTION: Go to 'Create Project' and fill out the Project Name, Platform, and URL fields.
STEP 2: CONFIGURE LANGUAGES

Next, she chooses her languages. The source is English, and her target is Arabic. She could even add multiple languages like French and Spanish at the same time.

ACTION: On the 'Configure your languages' screen, select 'English' as the source and 'Arabic' as the target.
STEP 3: CONTENT DETECTION

The magic moment! WebAutoPilot automatically crawls her website, detects every page, and gives a full overview of the content and word count. She can exclude pages if needed.

ACTION: Show the 'Configure your content' page where the site crawl results are displayed. Click 'Submit'.

Part 3: Advanced Control & Refinement

A high-quality AI draft is just the beginning. WAP provides a full suite of professional tools to refine translations and ensure perfect brand consistency.

THE VISUAL EDITOR

This is where WAP truly shines. Instead of guessing, you can edit translations directly on a live preview of your own website. See exactly how the translated text will look and fit in its real context.

ACTION: Open the 'Visual Editor' and demonstrate changing a piece of text on the live site preview.
THE TRANSLATION LIST

For detailed, line-by-line review, the Translation List is perfect. You see the original English and the AI-powered Arabic translation side-by-side. It's ideal for making bulk edits or for linguists to work through the content systematically.

ACTION: Switch to the 'Language Summary / Translations' page and show the side-by-side editor.
URL-LEVEL MANAGEMENT

Get a bird's-eye view of your project. You can track the translation progress for each individual page (URL) of your website, helping you prioritize the most important pages first.

ACTION: Go to the 'Pages/URLs' section to show the list of site pages and their translation status.
THE GLOSSARY

To ensure brand consistency, Sarah uses the Glossary. She can set a rule to 'Always translate our brand name to a specific Arabic phrase,' and the system automatically applies this rule across the entire site.

ACTION: Navigate to the 'Glossary' page from the sidebar and show the rules table.

Part 4: Go Live - The Final Step

Sarah is happy with the translations. It's time to add the Arabic version to her live Shopify store. This might sound complicated, but it's the easiest part.

ONE-LINE INTEGRATION

WebAutoPilot generates one simple line of code. There's no complex development needed. Sarah just has to copy this script and paste it into her Shopify theme's header. It's a one-time action.

ACTION: Go to 'Setup' > 'Code' and highlight the one-line JavaScript snippet.
CUSTOMIZE THE SWITCHER

The moment she saves, a language switcher button appears on her site. She has full control over how this button looks and where it's positioned, ensuring it perfectly matches her brand's design.

ACTION: Go to the 'Language Switcher' page and demonstrate the customization options.

Part 5: The Result - A Multilingual Store

In less than 10 minutes, Sarah has gone from an English-only website to a fully multilingual e-commerce store, ready to attract new customers in the Arabic-speaking market.

"She did it all by herself, with no developers, and at a fraction of the cost."

That's the power of WebAutoPilot.
