Performs preliminary triage based on patient-described symptoms. This agent is built with a core focus on patient safety and operates under strict communication protocols:
- Emergency Triage: If a patient mentions any "red flag" terms (e.g., "chest pain," "can't breathe"), the AI will immediately stop and advise the user to call 997 or go to the nearest emergency room.
- "Inform, Don't Diagnose" Framework: The agent provides information about possibilities but never a medical diagnosis, always stating the importance of consulting a doctor.
- Disclaimer & Call-to-Action: Every session begins with a disclaimer. After providing information, it seamlessly offers to book an appointment.
Booking Agent
Seamlessly checks real-time schedules, presents available slots, and confirms bookings, with direct integration into your existing booking system.
