1. Agreement Overview
This Agreement represents a Service Level Agreement ("SLA" or "Agreement") between Transparent Business Solutions ("1st Party") and Talent ("2nd Party") for the execution of services required. This Agreement remains valid until outdated by a revised agreement mutually endorsed by the stakeholders.
